THE ORDER PROCESS:

Our ordering process via Text, Email or LIVE CHAT allows us to provide you direct customer service with Jeff, who will ensure your order is carefully placed and handled properly.

YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ORDER NO EXCEPTIONS

THE PAYMENT PROCESS:

Upon ordering you will be sent a payment link via EMAIL with detailed instructions on how to make your payment.

THE SHIPPING PROCESS:

Once your order is placed, your shipment date is determined via time/date of the order. Order cut-off times listed below:

Monday - Friday : 12pm Pacific Time

Saturday : 9am Pacific Time

Sunday : No Shipments

So for example, if you place your order anytime before the cut-off time listed on said particular day, your order will be shipped out same day. If placed after the hours your order will be shipped out the following day (excluding Sunday's)

Upon invoice there will be a $20 Shipping/Handling fee in addition to your product charge(s) (If local Orange County, CA delivery there will be a $10 delivery charge no shipping fee). Taxes are included in the product prices. All orders are 3-4 day Shipping/Handling. Tracking & Shipment information will be sent via EMAIL no later than: 3pm PST (Mon-Fri) & 12pm PST (Sat) - All packages are shipped in a discrete non-labeled package!​
