OUR PROCESS

 

We aim to provide you the best quality flower along with a trusted & seamless customer experience when we deliver your packages.

THE ORDER PROCESS:

Our ordering process via text or LIVE CHAT allows us to provide you direct customer service with a live human who will ensure your order is carefully placed and handled properly. 

YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER & WILL BE REQUIRED TO UPLOAD A COPY OF YOUR ID DURING THE ORDER PROCESS 

THE PAYMENT PROCESS:

We accept VENMO & CASHAPP as forms of payment only. Upon ordering you will be sent an invoice via EMAIL with detailed instructions on how to make your payment.

THE SHIPPING PROCESS:

Once your order is placed, your shipment date is determined via time/date of the order. Order cut-off times listed below:

Monday - Friday : 3pm Eastern Time

Saturday : 1pm Eastern Time

Sunday : No Shipments

So for example, if you place your order anytime before the cut-off time listed on said particular day, your order will be shipped out same day. If placed after the hours your order will be shipped out the following day (excluding Sunday's)

All orders are 2-3 day shipping. Tracking & Shipment info will be sent via EMAIL no later than: 6pm EST (Mon-Fri) & 4pm EST (Sat) - All packages are shipped in a discrete non-labeled package coming from: AMA Logistics
